I oppose Ms. Kotagal's nomination and urge my colleagues to do the same.

The faster, more predictable, and more accountable the programs are, the more patients stand to benefit from lifesaving, innovative drugs and devices.

I urge my colleagues, don't make this mistake. I know there is great pressure to do Build Back Better. But this is not the right bill.
