Richard Burr: “A lot of Americans watch what goes on here and say, 'Never me. I'll never go through it,'”

I am concerned Ms. Kotagal lacks impartiality to interpret the law.

There is no Member that has defended the FDA more than this one and there is no Member in Congress that has tried to fix areas when they are broken than this one.

I oppose Ms. Kotagal's nomination and urge my colleagues to do the same.
