The Congress has the ability, as we have shown every year since I have been in the U.S. Senate... if there was a shortfall they stepped in with some type of supplemental funds.

There may be greater subsidies to a lot of parents, but the parents that don't qualify for a subsidy are going to be paying about $26,000 per child per year for their childcare.

I wrote the law. If--in the case of CDC, they were the delay to begin with, but to acquire testing, that falls in your lane.
