The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To prohibit States from providing the Secretary with reports containing personally identifiable information) On page 136, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following: (e) Protection of Information.--Section 658K(a)(1) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858i(a)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(D) Prohibition.--Reports submitted to the Secretary under subparagraph (C) shall not contain individually identifiable information.''.
