I will tell you right now, Congress is going to require accountability in the new program.

I want to thank you for scheduling this hearing to highlight the need for Congress to consider legislation to encourage Americans to save more for their futures.

I will continue to ask you for a plan until we get one, and I will continue to be a roadblock for those who believe that we can blindly just appropriate emergency money.
