The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To exempt from the capability and process within the Department of Homeland Security communication between a private entity and the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the United States Secret Service regarding cybersecurity threats) On page 31, strike line 13 and insert the following: authority regarding a cybersecurity threat; and (iii) communications between a private entity and the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the United States Secret Service regarding a cybersecurity threat; The PRESIDING OFFICER.
