There is no Member that has defended the FDA more than this one and there is no Member in Congress that has tried to fix areas when they are broken than this one.

Nobody has worked harder on this issue, I think, on the Hill than I have.

I urge my colleagues, don't make this mistake. I know there is great pressure to do Build Back Better. But this is not the right bill.

Where is that money gone? How is it being spent? Where is it obligated?
