Madam Speaker, let me add, before I yield back my time, the fabulous commitment that the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Eshoo) has made to this bill, as well as the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Greenwood) on our side. I think the gentlewoman from California stated it very well: It was the ability of those who worked, staff and Members of the Committee on Commerce, to stay focused on patients and, ultimately, the advantages to those patients that a successful end to this legislation might bring to the approval process on medical devices. That means that tonight this bill will pass the House of Representatives. For that, I am grateful to the gentlewoman from California.
