Frankly, today's hearing is about creating a brand-new, massive, open-ended Federal entitlement program for 'universal' housing vouchers.

To be clear, creating a universal housing voucher entitlement does nothing to increase the supply of rental housing.

We need to show the American people that we can safely re-emerge.

Let's show that we can actually get back to work and be an example for the American people.
