There is a critical need for comprehensive economic analysis of the rules you have proposed.
I do not believe digital assets themselves are ever securities.
It is clear that if changes are not made, Congress must act to delay the rulemaking's effective date.
When we see the Securities and Exchange Commission ramping up their enforcement action, it's time for hearings.
