I am wondering, if you think this is redundant and extraneous rather than contrary to the intent, why wouldn't we just accept the amendment and keep going?

There is nothing worse, I have found, in this area of the market than uncertainty, and the longer this drags out, the more uncertainty there is.

I think if you ask most people out in the public, there is actually the opinion that there is an unlimited guarantee to this space, and that is not true.

What was needed in this industry was somebody to make responsible decisions and not let access overburden safety and soundness.
