Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, add the following: SEC. ___. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE. The Secretary of the Army shall prioritize the operation and maintenance of existing infrastructure, improve its reliability, and, as necessary, improve its resilience to cyber-related threats. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 918, the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Meadows) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
