Mr. Speaker, I want to thank the gentleman from New York, who has taken the lead to make sure that those who give the ultimate sacrifice are not forgotten. It is truly an honor to serve with the gentleman from Massachusetts, the gentleman from New York, and I would urge all my colleagues to support this bill.
