I love the passion. The only problem is it is misplaced. I can tell you that, if this bill would truly solve the business model that the Postal Service has, I would rise and support it. If this is all we are going to do, hallelujah. Let's do it and get it done. But the gentleman is wrong. This does not solve the problem. You can give them a pass on $5 billion a year, and they are still losing money. That is the whole issue. That is the crux of the issue. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from North Carolina (Ms. Foxx).
