Mark Meadows: “We have allowed a President of the United States when in his personal capacity to invest in Washington, DC.”

Meadows said he believed the actions detailed on the Fulton County indictment were part of his official duties and were done at Donald Trump's behest.

He told investigators that in the weeks following the 2020 election, he says he told Trump that these claims of widespread voter fraud were baseless.

This is a fight of good versus evil.

President Trump wanted to make sure that the people that came, that there was a safe environment for that kind of assembly.
