Mr. Speaker, I would just like to thank the gentleman from New Jersey for his leadership on this particular issue, for his love for those whom he represents and for his love for those who serve. I thank the gentleman so much for bringing this bill forward, and I urge all of the Members to support H.R. 1458. I yield back the balance of my time. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Meadows) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 1458. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
