Because, if we had revenues from that, it would create $1.7 trillion over 10 years; and yet what we have somehow is a justification. He says: Well, we are making the assumption that you have already tapped that. As a business guy, when you have that kind of logic, you can't make correct decisions. This is about job growth, Mr. Chairman. We lost 400 jobs in the last 48 hours in my district.…”
