We need a mechanism with Federal leadership to do that.

But you also talked about how patients sometimes get an epidural pain medicine connected to an IV catheter which could then have lethal errors.

If you organize a team around the patient needs, then you have these other roles.

We hope is going to be a major effort on health reform.

I think that at least in North Carolina, it is certainly an issue that we have grappled with for quite a while.
