A significant percentage of young people are using social media after midnight. The new default will be that those feeds will be disabled between midnight and 6 a.m.

Sometimes people catch it. Usually they don’t. Usually they just pay the extra money.

We have residential, we have commercial, we have industrial, but really these data centers exist as a separate category because of the sheer amount of energy they need.

This deal forces them to pay for the harm they caused the people of southeastern North Carolina, and gives our local governments more resources to help ensure clean drinking water for families.
