Greg Francis Murphy is an American politician and physician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 3rd congressional district, a position he has held since September 10, 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Murphy succeeded Walter Jones in this role. He has focused on issues such as healthcare, veterans' affairs, and economic development during his time in office.
