I thank the gentleman, and let me at this point say this is a bipartisan effort, as I see it, and I thank my colleagues from law enforcement on both sides of the aisle for going to bat and swinging the bat at the ball to get him the help they needed. We heard it in committee. We heard the mayor, Mayor Ash, we heard the DA's, we heard the judges asking for help, and I think we are really moving in the right direction. It is just a matter of how are we going to get there and who knows best.
