David Rouzer: “I am actually very passionate about streamlining Government bureaucracy.”

Passing the Clean Water Act of 2023, a bill I introduced in partnership with Ranking Member Napolitano, would restore the historic, bipartisan protections that the Sackett decision removed.

Thank you, Chairman Rouzer and Ranking Member Napolitano, for convening this important hearing.

I fully support the PLUS Act, stating that the legislation will protect veterans from fraud, abuse, and bad actors.

NAHB stands ready to work with you and members of the Subcommittee to achieve thoughtful, effective policies.
