Here is the situation. There is not a no-wake zone there because the Army Corps and the Coast Guard do not recognize it. The State passed a law requiring that there be a no-wake zone, but there is not one because Federal law, obviously, supersedes State law. Mr. DeFAZIO. Mr. Chairman, reclaiming my time, I think we have got an issue here that doesn't require legislation. I am not going to object to this going forward, but I think we can get the attention of the Coast Guard and figure out what is going on here because I am not aware--and I live on a boat in D.C. and I have spent a lot of time on the water and I have been on the Intracoastal Waterway. I am not aware that the Coast Guard has any authority over locally declared no-wake zones to preempt them, and I am puzzled as to why they would do that in this particular case. Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
