David Rouzer: “Proposals for a Water Resources Development Act of 2022: Members' Day Hearing”

When we do that, we each represent 850,000 people, that is what the executive branch is supposed to do, not run their own agenda.

Passing the Clean Water Act of 2023, a bill I introduced in partnership with Ranking Member Napolitano, would restore the historic, bipartisan protections that the Sackett decision removed.

I fully support the PLUS Act, stating that the legislation will protect veterans from fraud, abuse, and bad actors.
