The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the rule entitled ``Standards of Performance for New Residential Wood Heaters, New Residential Hydronic Heaters and Forced-Air Furnaces'' published by the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on March 16, 2015 (80 Fed. Reg. 13671 et seq.). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentleman from North Carolina and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
