I think they'd be proud of the right to vote. I think they would be absolutely committed to the idea that folks who haven't gone through the same process that they've done and accomplished the same outcome should not be voting.

So, we had a mere iota here or there of some fundamental liberties being recognized by the Federal courts.

Isn't that significant, the fact that a Majority of the Committee charged by the Congress to inquire into the grounds for impeaching the President of the United States has issued has marked up a contempt resolution?

I think Congress really needs to look at this problem of preemption as a significant one that erodes States' rights.
