I think you've seen the party moving into the wilderness politically over the last two elections because they've moved away from those very core ideas that Republicans and conservatives identify with.

This is about redefining marriage. It is not about what -- you try to compare this to interracial marriage. It is not the same thing.

This is far from over. In fact, the time is not on the side of those who want to redefine marriage. If it were, I don't think they would gone to the court trying to impose same-sex marriage on the entire nation.
