We owe it to the victims of this horrific tragedy to improve our mental health system; and, in addition, to address gun violence. We can do better. Let us resolve to do so. Like everyone here and countless at home, I am praying for Gabby's swift recovery, for her constituents who lost their lives, and for our country. Let us adopt this resolution today in honor of our beloved friend Gabby and the victims of this senseless tragedy.
