I would say to the gentleman, power plants are the biggest industrial source of mercury pollution in the United States, and I believe that the remarks of the chairman of the Energy Committee underscore the very reason that we should have the studies of the health effects included in the study that is requested by the TRAIN Act. I am pleased to yield 1 minute to my colleague from Oregon (Mr. Blumenauer), a champion of livable cities, to speak on this topic.
