Back home in Colorado, there is no question that the majority of constituents that we hear from in my State are very strongly behind the belief that the era of big government is over. When we look at the President's proposed budget plan, it does entail escalated rates of spending here in Washington, additional tax increases in that budget, and just tremendous growth of the bureaucracy and the regulatory structure in Washington.
