As a fifth generation Montanan, an avid outdoorsman, someone who probably spent more time at wilderness areas in August than any other U.S. Senator, I know how important public lands are to Montanans.

I know Montanans are interested in forming future use of these lands.

My bill means more public access. It means more public input, not less.

Removing these WSA designations would not strip protections from the land.
