The Crow Tribe Water Settlement Amendments Act and the Crow Revenue Act both bolster tribal sovereignty, increase energy security, and we both know, fund much-needed resources on the reservation.

This is a major victory for President Trump, the United States and most importantly, Marc Fogel and his family.

The tribes shouldn't have to take the BIA to court to squeeze out more resources to serve their communities.

There is no reason the United States should be importing critical minerals that we can find right here at home.
