When I have an agency head come in and say, 'I am requesting $304 million,' and act like that is what your budget, how much it is going to be...

When they are utilized, to make sure that a fair amount of that revenue that is generated... goes back to benefit the taxpayers across this country.

I hope the fact we are having yet another hearing on this issue of vital importance will serve as a much-needed wake-up call.

I hope that this hearing will force this Administration to protect our nation and work with our tribes.
