The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be used to carry out the Department of Homeland Security memorandum titled ``Worksite Enforcement: The Strategy to Protect the American Labor Market, the Conditions of the American Worksite, and the Dignity of the Individual''.
