Mr. Chair, the pressures of war are extreme, and if you are so troubled during peacetime that you don't know if you are a man or a woman, then I can't imagine what the pressures of war would do to you. There were about 160 transgender surgeries that have taken place in the military, and they included 23,000 psychotherapy visits. Again, Mr. Chair, if you don't understand if you are a man or a woman, then you should not have your hand on the button that is launching missiles. Mr. Chair, I reserve the balance of my time.
