that is the point. This is something that we have an opportunity here, we have an opportunity that is given us. And in the past, when we have had these little extra amounts of money, they just got spent. That is absolutely immoral when we are desperately struggling to balance the budget. Here is a chance that we have, and I say that we must keep faith with the seniors and we must do this. I very much appreciate Congressman Neumann's actions in helping to bring this before us.
