the death tax is confiscatory taxation at its very worst. Many family farms and small businesses do not have the cash flow necessary to pay the inheritance tax. Many family farms and small businesses must go out of business and use the assets to pay this devastating tax. This veto override is our opportunity to solve this situation, to do what is right for the small businesses of this Nation. Besides, the cost of collection of this tax eats up most of the receipts it brings in. We must override this very unwise veto.
