My concern is it stays that way, and from what I hear you say, if we had foot and mouth disease in this country and we were vaccinating, we would actually be in better shape for exports of meat than if we did not have foot and mouth…

Do you guys talk before you open up trade with other countries that have a highly contagious disease?

But, you also believe strongly that the chance of transferring that foot and mouth disease from a country like Uruguay is zero.

Who should we be listening to about where we need to make those investments?

Do we have a governmentwide program for cybersecurity that actually--the way I visualize it in my head, it actually has tentacles out to each agency?

Many times the private sector offers employees in software development and IT pretty damn generous benefits and pay.

Do you feel that their systems are secure at this point?

I will not stand idly by, nor will this Committee. There must be a better way of supporting the young people, parents, teachers and community leaders that are fighting against suicide.

I am very concerned that the Administration's plan and actions so far have been insufficient.

To me, it sounds like the perfect program to try to get folks into Indian Country who can help.

I would join you in your resolve to get this issue on youth suicide and suicide in Indian Country settled.

We will not turn away from this issue until it is resolved.

I certainly appreciate your testimony. I think access to capital in Indian Country is an incredible inhibitor to increase the economy and reduce poverty, and reduce the necessity for the safety net programs at the Federal level.

If you are waiting for us to fix your problems, it is going to be a long wait.

I think it is very important that this Committee hears the financial capital challenges in Indian Country.
