The state law says he can only serve 15 years and he needs to be paroled, but he's such a danger, he's actually a health menace to the safety and security of children or women or whatever.

I think the people of California in particular in the Los Angeles County have to be outraged and people need to know who this judge is that said, you know what? He may not be cured. He served his time. I'm going to make sure he's monitored.
