I'm a great advocate for undetermined civil confinement, that means if a guy is a child killer or horrible serial rapist, serial pedophile, he may be sentenced to 15 years, but at that time, they can decide whether he is fit to be released into society, maybe put in a mental facility not as secure as a real prison.
