But I'm glad to see them take the opportunity and to take the initiative to put Warren Jeffs on their ten most wanted because he's obviously a flight risk.

Money's a huge factor. I mean, money lets this guy buy speedy vehicles, in these private compounds. He's buying private property to keep the police out.
