Our President's failed immigration policy has turned every community into a border community, allowing international criminal cartels to target illegal drugs, including fentanyl, into our nation.

I am hopeful that conversations such as the one we will have today will be a catalyst for a long-term solution across the board.

The need for modernization of the Endangered Species Act, ESA, is critical, and it is clear that this legislation requires reform to better serve both species and rural America.
