So wait. Now you're really making a case. What I'm hearing you saying is there is a systematic series of decisions which literally creates unemployment. They are government decisions. It is worse in the West because the government controls more of the West, and those decisions systematically destroy jobs while the President comes on and, with a straight face, says that Republicans are hypocrites because of the fact that we don't want to keep paying people for not working. It just amazes me.
