Oh, boy. Well, we have another gentleman here, coming a little farther from the west, Congressman Bishop, who is joining us. He is also a guy who has had some experience in the business world, and also as a teacher and a leader here on the floor. He has represented his district on some armed services kinds of issues and is somebody who has really earned the respect of his colleagues and has done a great job in setting up some of the new rules that have been established for this Congress. Congressman Bishop, I would be delighted to have you join us. You have heard what we are talking about. We have a problem. We are spending too much money, and the question is what should we do about it.
