But isn't it true if someone calls in and asks to have their HD fee waived, they get it waived?

So you do not charge HD fees for new customers. What about old customers?

Do I have to call and ask you? If I call and ask you, will you lower my ARS fee?

Isn't it true that not all customers are charged the same advanced receiver service (ARS) fee in your company?

Then maybe you should create a whole category, nondiscretionary extra programming, and maybe then people would begin getting angry about the amount of money that is being thrown around in sports right now that is causing these prices to go…

I think that we can feel great about the fact that just this investigation and hearing have caused good things to happen for consumers as it relates to pay-TV.

I cannot believe the government is charging me $5 extra for broadcast TV surcharge.

Anybody else want to talk about--I think DISH charges to get rid of the protection also.

Is it fair for customers to not be able to determine when they have reached the lowest price?

You just decided, 'We will put those down there with the taxes and the surcharges.'

Don't they belong up above, though? Don't they belong with your part of the bill? Aren't they, in fact, programming costs?

I would love to see a kiosk for TSA PreCheck. I mean, how simple would it be to put up a kiosk, in the airport, for someone to sign up for TSA PreCheck.
