But isn't it true if someone calls in and asks to have their HD fee waived, they get it waived?
Do I have to call and ask you? If I call and ask you, will you lower my ARS fee?
Isn't it true that not all customers are charged the same advanced receiver service (ARS) fee in your company?
Then maybe you should create a whole category, nondiscretionary extra programming, and maybe then people would begin getting angry about the amount of money that is being thrown around in sports right now that is causing these prices to go…
I think that we can feel great about the fact that just this investigation and hearing have caused good things to happen for consumers as it relates to pay-TV.
I cannot believe the government is charging me $5 extra for broadcast TV surcharge.

I would love to see a kiosk for TSA PreCheck. I mean, how simple would it be to put up a kiosk, in the airport, for someone to sign up for TSA PreCheck.

You guys need to understand this. This is the biggest consumer problem in the country.
So, this is not that complicated. All you have to have is the permission of the person you're calling, and call them.
