Senator Bingaman and I are convinced that this amendment goes a long way toward answering the concerns of health centers about how the Medicare Advantage Program will impact their ability to continue to provide high-quality health care services to their patients. I thank my distinguished colleague from New Mexico for his efforts and his cosponsorship of this amendment and I urge all our colleagues to support it.
