It's not surprising that the President has chosen to broadly target an entire community. This is what he does to change the subject.

Do your job. Get the criminals out, secure our border, but do it with dignity and respect to the American tradition of respecting immigrants and refugees as a beacon of hope.

But demonizing an entire group of people by their race and their ethnicity? A very group of people who contribute to the vitality − economic, cultural − of this state, is something I hoped we'd never have to see.

Fraud warnings were elevated to the most senior levels of the Minnesota state government, meaningful corrective action was delayed or avoided, and payments continued long after credible signs of fraud emerged.
