The gentleman is absolutely correct because in that statement lies the premise. The premise that the justice is embracing is that you don't have a guaranteed right to religious expression and to religious thought; you don't have that right. That is our right. We will sell it. The only question at this point is how much and can you afford it. Now, for people who are poor people, will the government be subsidizing them so that they can buy their indulgence from the government? Is that what it will be? We have to buy indulgences from the government now?
