John Kline is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Minnesota's 2nd congressional district from 2003 to 2017. During his tenure, Kline served on several key committees, including the Education and the Workforce Committee, where he focused on education reform and workforce development. He was known for his advocacy of school choice and efforts to reduce federal involvement in education. Kline also played a role in military and veterans' affairs, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to his political career.
The NLRB's assault on American workers and job creators is undermining our nation's ability to grow and prosper.
If we are correct that the overwhelming community of interest test has now been implemented, that is another reversal of 30 plus years of precedent.
Congress cannot stand by and allow an unelected board to wreak havoc on our workforce. We must stand up and do the job we were sent here to do.
I think that is going to be very hard to do, and there is a reason why it has not really been changed in all these years.
I do believe it is incumbent upon us to provide some checks to what that board is doing.
If workers want an election they should get an election. They should not be met with fear, intimidation or delay for the sake of delay.
specialty health care from my perspective, unless Mr. Martin can prevail somehow on the NLRB to reverse what it just did, is the most significant reversal in the recent history of board law.
I think that is an important part of the progress that we are seeing around the country as real innovators are stepping up to make changes, because you have parents--you have got a more formal system in California, the parental trigger…
We need to be able to look in and see how different elements of our student body are doing well.
