Many of us were disappointed the Senate was unable to push the bill across the finish line in the last Congress.
The law explicitly prohibits the secretary from interfering, yet that is precisely what your proposal would do.
Revoking this grant would be a good start, but it is also important to recognize that this is not an isolated incident.
